A House Match Guarantee exclusively to Platinum Plan Members. If a tenant that House Match placed needs to be evicted we will credit your account up to $1500 in past management or leasing fees.
On Time Rent

House Match sends funds two business days after the 5th of each month. If the tenant's rent has not been received on time, you will not pay a management fee until we receive that month's rent. This applies to tenants that House Match placed and who are on a House Match lease.
Good Pet

At no additional cost to Owners, manager offers a guarantee that any damages caused to the home, above normal wear and tear, resulting from the approved pet(s) that is not covered by the security deposit will be reimbursed by House Match up to $1000 to make necessary repairs.
