When the tenants vacate, it is very easy to show any changes in condition which helps resolve any question on security deposit refunds.

We use video tours to rent your home faster!

In addition to the 20-25 color, wide angle photos for all of out listings, we also shoot quality video of the home to show off its unique features and give the potential tenant a feel of the flow of the home. Monthly Rent Collection

Ensure that all rents are in by their due dates and posted correctly. Rents our collected through our web site. Once the payments clear the bank, we forward the payments to the owners.

Vendor Payments

Receive and approve invoices for satisfactorily completed work at the building and make appropriate payments. We never mark up outside vendor invoices.

Monthly and Yearly Operating Statements

Provide monthly Operating Statements, detailing revenue and expenses for the previous month.

Owner Distribution

Prepare, process, and make deposits on your behalf to most financial institutions. Provide owners with online owners portal allowing owners to view financial statements, tenant payment history, work order history, property history whenever they choose.

Maintenance Requests

Receive, coordinate, and facilitate all maintenance service requests from tenants with a select group of contractors and maintenance personnel or with your own vendors.

24/7 Emergency Maintenance

Facilitate 24-hour emergency maintenance with prompt, personal service.

Periodic Property Evaluation

Perform periodic evaluations for each unit managed and all common areas, providing detailed written reports and photographs.
